Appeal Decision

Description: Judge Miller will deliver his decisions on Appeals related to two trials stemming from civil resistance at Hancock Base. 1) The Hancock 17 who were issued Orders of Protection on behalf of Col. Earl A. Evans to keep them away from Hancock Base following a civil resistance action there in October of 2012, and were convicted of Trespass and Disorderly Conduct in February 2014, appealed their convictions and orders of protection. Mary Anne Grady Flores, who was convicted of violating an Order of Protection issued on behalf of Col. Earl A. Evans by standing in the street in front of Hancock Base photographing other people protesting there, is appealing her conviction and sentence of 1 year in jail.
