Documentation of Mary Anne Grady Flores Appeal of OOP Conviction

Mary Anne was arrested for violating her OOP while photographing a protest from the street in front of Hancock main entrance. The actual protesters were later acquitted, but Mary Anne was convicted of a Misdemeanor in a Jury Trial in June of 2014 and sentenced to one year in jail by an angry, hostile Judge Gideon. In January 2016. Judge Miller upheld her conviction on Appeal but reduced her sentence to six months. The joint appeal of the convicted defendants from the trial for the original offense from which the OOP originated was also rejected and the convictions upheld.
